+STUDIO ARQUITECTURA es un estudio de arquitectura que nace en el año 2017 como consecuencia de la unión de dos arquitectas almerienses con diversas experiencias en el mundo de la construcción, el diseño, el urbanismo y la arquitectura.
Está dirigido por María Teresa Sánchez Díaz y Carmen Belén Morales Vizcaíno, y centra su actividad en el diseño, proyecto y construcción de edificios y de la realización de cualquier trabajo relacionado con la arquitectura. El carácter del estudio está marcado por la proactividad, el cuidado de los detalles y la implicación en los proyectos desde el origen hasta el desarrollo y final de la obra, para obtener resultados acordes a los objetivos del cliente.
El estudio trabaja con la metodología BIM y las imágenes virtuales 3D para ofrecer al cliente un control total de su proyecto de forma que se reduzca la distancia entre la documentación planimétrica y la realidad final de la propuesta.
El objetivo principal del estudio es el de realizar una arquitectura contemporánea donde se logre integrar la satisfacción en el diseño con el equilibrio energético de la vivienda, la construcción sostenible y el coste económico del proyecto.
La excelencia de los trabajos consiste en aunar la experiencia del arquitecto junto con la de otros profesionales que puedan intervenir en el proyecto, con el trabajo conjunto con el cliente; siendo fundamental la atención y la escucha a las necesidades y los requerimientos que demande.
+STUDIO ARQUITECTURA is an architecture studio that was born in 2017 as a result of the union of two architects from Almería with diverse experiences in the world of construction, design, urban planning and architecture.
It is directed by María Teresa Sánchez Díaz and Carmen Belén Morales Vizcaíno, and focuses its activity on the design, project and construction of buildings and the performance of any work related to architecture. The nature of the study is marked by proactivity, attention to detail and involvement in projects from the beginning to the development and end of the work, to obtain results in accordance with the client's objectives.
The study works with the BIM methodology and 3D virtual images to offer the client total control of their project in such a way that the distance between the planimetric documentation and the final reality of the proposal is reduced.
The main objective of the study is to create a contemporary architecture where satisfaction in design is integrated with the energy balance of the house, sustainable construction and the economic cost of the project.
The excellence of the work consists of combining the experience of the architect together with that of other professionals who may intervene in the project, with the joint work with the client; being essential the attention and listening to the needs and requirements that it demands.
