Reforma vivienda Virgen del Mar, Almería

Se lleva a cabo la reforma integral de una vivienda de los años 70, con 190 m2 de superficie, ubicada en la zona centro de la ciudad.

El objetivo es reordenar los espacios dentro de la vivienda manteniendo la distribución existente y cambiando los usos para generar espacios más luminosos y abiertos en la zona de día, e independizarlos de la zona de noche.

Para ello se actúa renovando el pavimento, la tabiquería, la carpintería interior y exterior, y todas las instalaciones de la vivienda.

The integral reform of a house from the 70s is carried out, with 190 m2 of surface, located in the downtown area of the city.The objective is to reorder the spaces inside the house, maintaining the existing distribution and changing the uses to generate more light and open spaces in the day area, and make them independent from the night area.This is done by renovating the pavement, the partitions, the interior and exterior carpentry, and all the facilities of the house.
