El objeto de la reforma es readaptar la distribución, antigua y obsoleta, a las necesidades de sus nuevos dueños. Para ello se genera un gran espacio principal que hace de núcleo vividero, donde encontramos el salón comedor, la terraza y la cocina. La cocina se separa del Salón a través de un tabique móvil conformado por cinco hojas independientes que se pueden abrir o cerrar a discreción y se pliegan en el pasillo, quedando totalmente integradas en la distribución.
La parte interior de la casa se destina a la zona más privada, donde se distribuyen un despacho para trabajo, un dormitorio principal con vestidor y baño, otro baño y dos dormitorios.
La vivienda se adapta a las necesidades de los propietarios que demandan espacios abiertos, versátiles y funcionales en la zona de día, donde la amplitud del espacio, las vistas y la luz sean protagonistas. Por ello el tabique móvil que separa la cocina del salón es de palillería metálica y vidrio , de tal forma que no se pierda nunca la sensación de espacio continuo. Por otro lado la necesaria independencia de la zona privada a la que solo acceden los propietarios principalmente, destinada a espacio de trabajo y zona de descanso.
The aim of the reform is to readapt the distribution, old and obsolete, to the needs of its new owners. The kitchen is separated from the living room through a mobile partition made up of five independent leaves that can be opened or closed at will and fold into the corridor, being fully integrated into the distribution.

The house adapts to the needs of the owners who demand open, versatile and functional spaces in the daytime area, where the spaciousness of the space, the views and the light are the protagonists. For this reason, the mobile partition that separates the kitchen from the living room is made of metal and glass, so that the feeling of continuous space is never lost. On the other hand, the necessary independence of the private area to which only the owners mainly access, destined to work space and rest area.
