Reforma y diseño interior de cortijo en Tabernas

Se interviene en la distribución y el diseño interior de un cortijo situado en el entorno del desierto de Tabernas, en una amplia parcela alejada del núcleo de población.

El cliente buscaba mantener la estructura del cortijo y darle un carácter funcional, acogedor y moderno para convertirlo en alojamiento rural.

Se decide actuar sobre la distribución y los revestimientos interiores. Para conseguir el objetivo se realiza un reparto más equilibrado de los espacios en los dormitorios existentes, se modifica el aseo, y se unifica el espacio común de salón-cocina en varios ambientes para dar una mayor amplitud a la zona común.

Con la ayuda del mobiliario el cortijo transforma su imagen interior consiguiendo el objetivo marcado por el cliente.

It intervenes in the distribution and interior design of a farmhouse located in the Tabernas desert environment, on a large plot far from the population center.

The client sought to maintain the structure of the farmhouse and give it a functional, cozy and modern character to turn it into rural accommodation.

It is decided to act on the distribution and interior coatings. To achieve the objective, a more balanced distribution of the spaces in the existing bedrooms is carried out, the toilet is modified, and the common space of the living room-kitchen is unified in several environments to give a greater amplitude to the common area.

With the help of the furniture, the farmhouse transforms its interior image, achieving the objective set by the client.
