Construcción edificio de 7 viviendas en Los Molinos, Almería
La realización de este proyecto se presenta como un reto desde el punto de vista normativo ya que se actúa sobre un edificio iniciado en el año 2007, que quedó en estructura, y fue diseñado en base a normativas previas al Código Técnico de la Edificación, lo que supone un gran esfuerzo a la hora de conjugar las peticiones del promotor, el rediseño los nuevos espacios y su encaje con la estructura preexistente.
Se trata de un edificio de 7 viviendas dispuestas en 3 plantas sobre rasante con una planta semisótano, donde se combina el modelo dúplex en planta baja y semisótano, con dos viviendas por planta en el resto de niveles.
The realization of this project is presented as a challenge from the regulatory point of view since it works on a building started in 2007, which remained in structure, and was designed based on regulations prior to the Technical Building Code, which which involves a great effort when it comes to combining the promoter's requests, the redesign of the new spaces and their fit with the pre-existing structure.
It is a 7-apartment building arranged on 3 floors above ground with a semi-basement floor, where the duplex model is combined on the ground floor and semi-basement, with two houses per floor on the rest of the levels.
